GROUP FITNESS

At New York Fitness, our members enjoy group fitness classes and training programs to challenge themselves and help them achieve their fitness goals. We have a wide range of group fitness classes and a timetable with classes and intensity levels to suit everyone. Some of our Group Fitness programs and classes include Fight Do, Aero, Factor F, M-Danz, Hyper C, Power Cardio, Unbound and more! If you find yourself dragging your feet to get to the gym to get back on the treadmill for your workout, Group Fitness could be just what you need. Working out in a group setting is fun, dynamic, motivational and challenging. If you feel nervous or unsure about starting new group fitness training programs, New York Fitness offers technique videos to help you prepare. Each video is between 10-15 minutes and is designed to give you all of the information you need to prepare for and get the most out of each of our programs.

KI MAX ®️

KI MAX ®️ is performed with a free-standing kicking boxing bag, using boxing gloves. The ‘rounds’ implement Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing techniques. KI MAX ®️ is very similar to sparring and provides self-defence skills, burning more than 800 calories per session!

YOGA ®️

YOGA ®️ rest, relax, rejuvenate, energize and find your internal awareness and integrate mind, body, and breath into your fitness routine. Beginning your journey into yoga or an advanced practitioner looking for new challenges in your practice, you will find joy, community, and peace here.

POWER ®️

POWER ®️ is a challenging muscle toning, strength and endurance training program that uses a bar with interchangeable weights. POWER offers four class formats. Each format trains the muscle groups in different combinations allowing participants to achieve better and faster results!

HYPER C - the best core HIIT program, providing an intense and effective workout for the abs and glutes! A strength and conditioning program specially for the abdominals and glutes.

FIGHT DO ®️

FIGHT DO ®️ is an imaginary fight against several opponents, combining the best of Boxing and Martial Arts. Employing punches, knees, kicks, blocks and jumps to the rope. Each session burns between 600 and 700 calories, releases stress and tones all your body.

OXIGENO ®️

OXIGENO ®️ is our Body & Mind program based on Pilates, Yoga and Functional Training with which flexibility, strength and mobility are improved through a series flowing movements connected to breathing. OXIGENO is a way to a better quality of life.
